Shipping policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason unless initiated by myself. Please ensure the shipping address is correct before purchase.

Once an item leaves my shop, I cannot be held responsible for how long shipping takes or package not being delivered and or being delivered to the wrong address. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping company and file a claim.

If your item arrives damaged, please contacted me within 24 hours of package being delivered to include a photo of the item and the packaging in which it arrived in.
